Course Summary
Online sessions run for 4 weeks during which participants will meet once per week for one hour each session.
Participants will:
Learn how to use tools and methods to perform an organizational diagnostic that allows them to discover their strengths and weaknesses
Learn how to accurately determine the challenges facing them as they strive to provide the services they want to offer
Learn how to establish a process for them to identify the obstacles related to the challenges and to develop an approach to overcoming them
Learn how to describe action steps that need to be carried out to implement the approach and help them assess performance
What are the prerequisites?
- Participants should have knowledge of how their organization uses its staff and systems to serve its customers

- You will be able to begin to implement a process of involving everyone in your organization in improving its effectiveness
