Course Summary
During the first session, participants will complete a survey to determine how ready their organizations are to meet a set of predefined challenges. A focus on strategy, systems, and staff related issues make up the survey.
Analysis of survey results will be conducted prior to the second session. Then the implications of the survey results will be discussed during the second session and recommendations for follow up actions will be provided.
So that participants can benefit from the live web conference used to deliver the course content, each person is required to download the software needed to join the conference. Click the following link for this purpose.

- Participants should review the major issues facing their organizations
